Ella has ten years of strategic communications, marketing and business experience spanning a diverse range of organisations both in Australia and abroad.
Ella has held senior roles at Māori Television, New Zealand’s largest indigenous broadcaster, Red Bull and the IRONMAN Group, the world’s largest mass participation and endurance sports provider. Bringing a wealth of knowledge, passion and experience to the team, Ella prides herself on her ability to deliver innovative digital strategies capable of achieving cut-through in a landscape awash with digital white noise.
Her experience includes the development and execution of many unique and impactful multi-channel campaigns. Notably, leading the conception and delivery of Red Bull’s #GOBEAUDY 2019 Rugby World Cup social fan campaign and IRONMAN’s Women For Tri global gender equality initiative. Ella’s experience also spans the critical role that effective communication and stakeholder engagement plays in organisational change, recently leading the communications and engagement strategy for Māori Television in the wake of the Government’s Māori Media Sector Shift.
Outside of work, you will find Ella engaged in any and all sporting activities, chasing the once notable fitness heights of her youth. When she’s not swimming, cycling or running, you can find her attempting to improve her French (albeit badly), or attempting to improve her cooking skills (also badly).
