Lainie has over twenty years of experience working in the communications industry, in which time she has contributed to the growth of some of Australia’s largest brands. She’s also a practicing market researcher, and now leads 89 Degrees East’s research team.
She’s another outdoors person who enjoys the beach, playing with her kids, riding her bike, snow skiing and water skiing. Lainie also used to be an aerobics instructor in the nineties (think chunky Reeboks and fluro leotards).
Lainie's passionate about all things health and environment, and is a big fan of the #LikeAGirl campaign, which reframed what girls can do and are capable of achieving. Her motto is an oldie but a goodie: live life to the fullest and enjoy every day.
