Six-month project adapting three years of research on vulnerable consumers’ energy behaviour into practical information and tools for policy makers. And tailored resources for low-income households, renters, remote Indigenous communities and older Australians. Resources were white-labelled to be utilised by consumer organisations.

Research involved consultations with over 300 stakeholders through forums, focus groups and online surveys.
