Beth is an Educational Designer who has a Master’s Degree in Adult Education and 15 years experience working with academic staff, subject matter experts and stakeholders within the Higher Education sector, (Macquarie University, UNSW, University of Adelaide, Deakin University) and Vocational Education Training (VET) sectors.
Over these years Beth has developed mastery in the following areas:
- Management of online and blended learning design and development projects to achieve clients’ and/or partners’ desired educational outcomes outlined in the agreed-upon scope of work and timelines.
- Consultation with academics, subject matter experts, stakeholders and learning design and development teams to gain knowledge and advice required to develop and produce the intended educational results.
- Application of constructivism, constructive alignment, assessment-led and human-centered design practices to design and develop undergraduate and postgraduate degrees, diplomas and certificate qualifications.
Prior to joining the education sector, Beth spent 22 years travelling around the world working for QANTAS Airways.
On weekends Beth can be found walking her dog Evie (let your hair hang down) on the beach at Tuross Head, enjoying reformer pilates, gardening and having the very odd game of golf.
