Energy Consumers Australia
Tailored communication products were developed by 89 Degrees East using the Strategic Framework ‘Supporting Households to manage their energy bills’ as part of the PowerShift project for Energy Consumers Australia.
Renters were one of the four consumer household types that tailored content was produced for. For Renters there were a series of short videos for social media, and simple step brochures to address the key barriers for renters in reducing their energy bills.
Low-income households, remote Indigenous Communities and Older Australians were the other three household types that exemplar resources were developed for. Resources were developed with the help of specialised partners.
